Safety. Experience. Diligence….

ATS has owners/operators covered in all 50 states.

At ATS, we create device “specific” materials to the:

Ride Manufacturer

D.O.M.

Model

Our ride/device packages include:

  1. Full Inspections according to the device manufacturer and including A.S.T.M. compliance policies.

Daily inspections are in a “full week” format and include a Post assembly inspection for owner/operators who are mobile and or “traveling” companies.

Inspections vary as per the mfg. company’s recommendations for inspection. All rides/devices have a post assembly inspection that includes items to be inspected, serviced, calibrated, etc. after a ride/device has been disassembled and or moved. Ride/devices that are “park models” or stationary, that are disassembled in excess of 20% must also be re-inspected after re-assembly.

The simplest inspections recommended by a mfg. are: Post assembly, Daily, Monthly, Yearly and possibly items for N.D.T.

Larger and more complicated rides/devices have recommendations/requirements for scheduled inspections such as: Weekly, Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, yearly and multiple year, as in 2-year, 5-year and 10 year “overhauls” by the mfg. and or owner/operator.

All inspection materials come standard in English and Spanish for our clients within the U.S.

2. Fact sheets/Emergency procedures/Evacuation procedures:

All materials are mfg./model specific for the applicable items and also contain industry S.O.P. (standard operating procedures) for the amusement industry.
